INVITATION FOR TENDER

HIRING A PARTY FOR THE RENOVATION WORKS OF STO DELIVERY OFFICE  

State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer registered parties in Maldives, the opportunity to submit proposals for carrying out the renovation works of STO delivery office.

1. 1.      Scope of Service Required

1.1   Demolition works

1.2   Coring works

1.3   Masonry & Screeding works

1.4   Flooring & partitioning works

1.5   Ceiling works

1.6   Construction works

1.7   Hydraulics & drainage works (New pipe connection)

1.8   Electrical works (electricals & networking)

1. 2.      The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:

2.1   The applicant must provide evidence of at least one similar project (masonry/ flooring/ ceiling works) with a value of MVR 200,000 or above within the past five years.  

2.2   The applicant must not be a Blacklisted / Default/ Legal Customer of State Trading Organization Plc. or any subsidiaries of State Trading Organization Plc.

2.3   The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with the Ministry of Economic Development or MIRA.

1. 3.      Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:

3.1   Reference letter/work completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for successful completion of at least one similar nature of project related to scopes of this project.

1. 4.      Required documents for registration:

4.1   Company certificates (Business registration certificate, Memorandum of association (If applicable), Articles of association (If applicable), Business information sheet, Bank details, Identity card of business shareholders / Owner, MIRA TAX clearance report and MIRA registration certificate).

4.2   Work completion letters / Reference letters with attached Project data sheet.

Registration & bid document: Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificates and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.

Deadline for registration:         22^nd December 2024, 11AM (Maldives Time).

A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email to registered participants who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender.
