The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South-West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Consulting Services. The consulting services required is to hire an Individual Consultant for “Invertebrate Aquaculture Research Specialist”.
The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources now invites eligible consultants to submit Expression of Interest. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services as per the attached Terms of Reference.

- Reference letters stating your work experience
- Curriculum vitae indicating all experience from similar jobs
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
