Job Description

Photography and Videography

• Plan, shoot, and edit professional-grade photographs and videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Capture high-quality visuals at events, corporate functions, and other activities to showcase the brand’s offerings.
• Ensure the output is visually appealing, on-brand, and align with campaign objectives.

Post-Production

• Edit photos and videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Add creative elements like music, graphics, and animations to enhance video content.

Creative Direction

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute engaging visual content.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media best practices to produce innovative content formats such as reels, stories, and infographics.

Content Planning

• Plan and organize content shoots, ensuring all materials meet deadlines and campaign requirements.
• Maintain an organized library of assets for future use.

Equipment Management

• Manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring it is maintained and ready for use.
• Stay informed on new technologies and tools to improve production quality.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirement

• Diploma in a related field.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio of work.

Key Competencies

• Proficiency in video and photo editing software.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities and a creative mindset.
• In-depth understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Salary:  Salary ranging from 15,000 – 17,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
