ANNOUNCEMENT

The Secretariat of Maalhos Council (“hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) invites eligible investors, (locals) to register their interest within 10 (ten) days, by submitting a letter to submit their interest to Design, Development, Operation, and Management of Guesthouses, 3 (three) land allocated in AA. Maalhos Tourism Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “Land Plot”). (Land Plots are attached as Annex I)

1. North-East Land Plots
   1. Land plot - 3742 Square Feet (SQFT) 
   2. Land plot - 3742 Square Feet (SQFT) 

1. South-East Land Plot
2. Land plot - 4000 Square Feet (SQFT)

1.Interested parties should register before 19^th December 2024, at 13:30 hours, via Letter.

The registration letter request shall be submitted via email to [email protected]

2.Only registered parties shall be allowed to purchase Bid Documents.

3.Bid Documents will be available to purchase from the 22^nd   to 25^th of December 2024, 09:00 hours to 1300 hrs. From the Secretariat AA. Maalhos Council.

4.An information session will be held both physically and virtually on 22^nd December 2024, at 10:00 hours. The meeting link will be shared with the parties who purchased Bid Documents.

5.Bidders or their representatives must be present with sealed Bids 10 minutes before the start of the Bid opening session on 30^th January 2025, 11:00, hours at the Secretariat of the AA. Maalhos Council or any other venue that the Council may announce. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the Bid Opening session.

6.The Payment for Bidding Documents is non-refundable.
