HIRING A CARGO CLEARANCE PARTY FOR 01 YEAR
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for, hiring a cargo clearance party for 01 year.
1. Scope of work
1.1 Provide end-to-end cargo clearance services at ports within the Maldives upon request by STO.
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
2.1 Parties must be registered in Maldives Ports Limited as a cargo clearance agent.
3. Required documents
3.1 Company registration certificate
3.2 Shareholder ID cards
3.3 Relevant Tax Certificates
3.4 Business Permit
3.5 Business Profile
3.6 Memorandum of Association
3.7 Article of Association
3.8 Proof of registration in MPL as a clearing agent

Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificate and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria. Deadline for Registration is 1st December 2024, 1100hrs. Registration requests sent after the deadline will be rejected |
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender.
