Re-tender- Operation of Cafeteria at Gan International Airport Transit Lounge

1. Addu International Airport Pvt Ltd is seeking suitably qualified and experienced parties to operate a cafe at Gan International Airport Transit Lounge and invites proposals from interested and eligible parties for the above captioned RFP.
2. Interested parties are required to register to participate in the tender via the link below on or before 11:00hrs on 28^th November 2024

1. Proponents shall pay a non-refundable registration fee of MVR3,500/- by electronic transfer to a designated bank account information of which will be provided during the registration process. A complete set of RFP documents in electronic format shall be made available to the registered Proponents who have paid the Registration Fee. Only registered Proponents can participate in the RFP process and the RFP document is not transferable.
2. The Proponents shall furnish a Bid Security of MVR12,500/- which shall be valid for 28 days beyond the validity of the Proposals.
3. Proposals shall be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of opening of Proposals.
4. Proposals should be received to the address specified in the RFP on or before 14:00hrs on 15^th December 2024.
5. Proposers may request further information or clarification regarding the RFP document and process by contacting the below address before 14:00hrs on 10^th December 2024
