1. The Government of the Republic of Maldives through the Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources (MoFOR) is implementing Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South-West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives Project financed by the World Bank and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract to “Event Management Services for Fishermen’s Day Forum 2024”
2. Interested parties may obtain further information regarding the Request for Quotation by emailing to [email protected] before 24th November 2024, 12:00 Hours.
3. Interested parties shall submit the quotations on or before 26th November 2024, 11:00 Hours. Eligible suppliers may submit the Quotations Electronically by emailing to [email protected]. Late quotations will be rejected.
4. Quotation opening will be conducted as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 introduced by the Bank under the Procurement Framework (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
