Printing of Island Powerhouse Handbook
State Electric Company Limited (STELCO) requests sealed bids from interested and eligible parties for the above captioned tender.This request for proposal is open for both local and international bidders.
A pre-bid meeting shall be held on Thursday, 21st November 2024 at 11:30 hrs. at STELCO Head Office, 2nd floor meeting room
Quotation Evaluation Criteria:
Approved bids shall be evaluated on the following basis. Points (Pts) shall be given according to the formula below.
Price: 80pts [(Minimum Quoted Price) / (Quoted Price) x 80].
Duration: 15pts [(Lowest Duration) / (Submitted Duration) x 15].
Experience: 05pts (Shall submit reference letters for similar project carried out within the past five years - 5 points will be awarded for each).
TOTAL POINTS EARNED Maximum 100 Pts.
The quotations shall be submitted in sealed envelope and addressed as follows:

All sealed quotations shall reach STELCO head office on or before Tuesday, 26th November 2024 at 11:30 hrs. Any quotation(s) received after this deadline shall be disqualified.
STELCO shall not be liable for the misplacement or premature opening for the unlabeled sealed quotations.
Quotation Opening:
Quotation shall be opened on Tuesday, 26th November 2024 at 11:30 hrs. in STELCO Head Office / 2nd floor meeting room, in the presence of those parties or their representatives who wish to attend the session.
Important Note:
It is in STELCO’s discretion to reject/cancel any bid which does not fulfil or comply the above terms, at any time during the bid evaluation process. Also, it is in STELCO’s discretion to cancel this invitation to bid at any time.
