The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Transforming Fisheries Sector Management in South-West Indian Ocean Region and Maldives Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under Consulting Services. The consulting services required is to hire an Individual Consultant for “Graphics Design Consultant”.
The announcement no. (IUL)30/30/2024/148, published on 09th October 2024 was cancelled due to changes in the Terms of Reference and a new invitation is open for interested individuals.
The Ministry of Fisheries and Ocean Resources now invites eligible consultants to submit Expression of Interest. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria are:

Interested candidates must submit the following documents/information to demonstrate their qualifications, experience, and responsiveness to this TOR:
- Expression of Interest Letter
- Curriculum vitae indicating all experience from similar jobs
- Educational certificates
- Reference letters stating your work experience
- Portfolio
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
