INVITATION FOR BIDS (3^rd Advertisement)

Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy (MCCEE) in partnership with the UNEP-CCC is currently implementing a project titled, Preparation of Technology Needs Assessment (TNA) under United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) for the Republic of Maldives.

The Ministry is seeking a national expert to prepare a concept note (in a relevant format) along with all supporting documents, building on one of the priority technologies identified  in the TNA Report , for submission to a relevant climate-change funding agency.

As the bids received for the second  announcement (no. (IUL)438-CCD/438/2024/223) dated 11^th June 2024 was substantially non responsive, the Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this consultancy.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 20 November 2024. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:05AM on 20 November 2024 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
