INVITATION FOR TENDER
HIRING A PARTY FOR GLASS & ALUMINUM WORKS FOR STO PEOPLE’S CHOICE OFFICE RENOVATION
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer registered parties in Maldives, the opportunity to submit proposals for carrying out glass & aluminum works for STO People’s Choice Office Renovation.
1. Scope of Service Required
1.1 Fabrication and installation of glass doors & partitions.
1.2 Fabrication and installation of aluminum doors.
1.3 Fabrication and installation of frameless tempered glass doors.
1.4 Replacement of all floor hinges of existing balcony side doors.
1.5 Replacement of packings of all existing doors and windows on balcony side.
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to:
2.1 The applicant must provide evidence of at least one similar project of value MVR 200,000 within the past five years.
2.2 The applicant must not be a Blacklisted / Default/ Legal Customer of State Trading Organization Plc. or any subsidiaries of State Trading Organization Plc.
2.3 The applicant must not be blacklisted or debarred by the Ministry of Finance and must not have any unresolved issues with the Ministry of Economic Development or MIRA.
3. Eligibility of the proponent will be validated by:
3.1 Reference letter/work completion certificates or any documentation in the name of Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for successful completion of at least one similar nature of project involving construction works.
4. Required documents for registration:
4.1 Company certificates (Registration certificate, Memorandum of association, Articles of association, Business information sheet, Bank details, Identity card of business shareholders, MIRA TAX clearance report and registration certificate).
4.2 Work completion letters / Reference letters

Registration & bid document: Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificates and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.
Deadline for registration: 14th November 2024, 11:00hrs
ONLY Eligible Tenderers can participate in the tender.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English will be sent via email only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender. Submissions received after the deadline will be rejected.
