Job Responsibilities 

• Repair and troubleshoot laptops, printers, and attendance devices.
• Repair and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure.
• Monitor network activity to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors for support and manage service arrangements.
• Properly manage administrative credentials and access.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of IT-related devices.
• Oversee and troubleshoot IoT devices to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide necessary software support to end-users.
• Manage M365, Azure Cloud, and other cloud services.
• Implement security measures to protect IT infrastructure.
• Monitor for security breaches and respond appropriately.
• Educate staff on security best practices.
• Train end-users on new technologies and systems.
• Create user manuals and conduct training sessions.
• Respond to IT emergencies or critical system failures.
• Follow specific procedures and protocols during such events.

Required Qualifications 

• Diploma in Information Technology with 3-5 years of experience

OR

• Degree in Information Technology with 2-3 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

• The IT Technician will be required to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. The role may necessitate occasional after-hours work to address critical issues or perform maintenance tasks.

• Familiarity with M365, Azure Cloud, and other cloud services.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with external vendors and end-users.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, + Cisco, Microsoft) are highly desirable.
