These plots are earmarked for the establishment and operation of tourist accommodations, such as hotels, guesthouses, and other tourism-related ventures.

Bid Form Information and Purchase Details:

• Cost: Each bid form is priced at MVR 1,000 (One Thousand Rufiyaa). Availability: Forms will be available at our office during official working hours on any government working day, from November 4, 2024, to December 4, 2024.Online Payment Option: For those opting for online payment, please send the payment slip to [email protected]. Upon receipt, the bid form will be sent via email. Information Provided: Upon purchase, each bidder will receive a comprehensive package with all necessary information on the leasing process, terms, and conditions.

Land Details: The available plots are each 5,000 square feet in size, measuring 100 x 50 feet. The locations are specified as follows and are marked on the official map published with this announcement:

• Plot 72.1.1 – 5,000 square feet
• Plot 72.1.2 – 5,000 square feet
• Plot 72.1.3 – 5,000 square feet

Requirements for Submission: To ensure transparency and alignment with council regulations, bidders are requested to provide the following documents based on their business type:

1. For Companies/Cooperatives:

• An authorization document that includes the representative's full name and ID card number.
• A copy of the company’s or cooperative’s official registration/profile sheet.
• A copy of the Business Profit Tax (BPT) registration certificate.

1. For Individual Businesses or Authorized Representatives:

• If the bid is submitted by an appointed representative, a letter from the bid owner authorizing the representative to submit the bid on their behalf is required.

Important Submission Guidelines:

• One Bid Form per Plot: Each party may only submit one bid form per plot. Separate bid forms must be submitted if bidding for more than one plot.
• Authorized Submissions: In cases where an individual is submitting on behalf of a company or another person, only one bid form per plot may be submitted per party.
• Bid Submission: All completed bid submissions must be presented on December 5, 2024, at 13:30, at The Secretariat of Hoandedhdhoo Council meeting room.
