The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Ministry of Tourism (“MOT”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel on the 71,832 (Seventy One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two) Square Metre plot of land in Baarah, Haa Alifu Atoll, Republic of Maldives.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via ZOOM at 1000 HRS on 28^th October 2024 (Monday) and submit proposals at 1000 HRS on 05^th December 2024 (Thursday).   

To join the information session, kindly send an email along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 1200 HRS on 27^th October 2024 (Sunday).  

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the Ministry’s website (www.tourism.gov.mv).  The Bid Document will be available to purchase from 22^nd October 2024 till 04^th December 2024 (With the exception of government holidays), between 0900 HRS – 1300 HRS, from the Ministry of Tourism (Velaanage 5^th Floor) reception, or via email.
