Procurement of 06(Nos) of 1000kW Generator sets.
Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested and eligible companies to supply 06Nos of 1000kW generator sets as per Information Sheet attached.
All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 5,000.00 (Five Thousand US Dollars) or its equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa.
- Bid security should be:
- Original bank guarantee letter (or)
- Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)
- An insurance policy from an insurance company registered at Maldives Monetary Authority.
- Insurance policy issued by an insurance company/institution registered abroad (the original policy should be submitted to this company within 07 days of submission of the estimate.
- Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
- Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
- Bid should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

Bids submitted through e-mail by a foreign entity can be accepted. The bids Should be mailed to [email protected] before 1300 Hours (Local Time) on 15th October 2024, Tuesday. Note: The Bid submitted by e-mail after the scheduled time will not be accepted. |

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 15th October 2024 at 1300hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
