We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Officer to join our Credit Department.

Job Description
- Evaluate and present BOQs.
 - Develop and review industry benchmarks for construction costs.
 - Monitor the construction progress and ensure material usage aligns with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
 - Prepare environmental reports and maintain technical documentation.
 - Provide customer counselling and manage risks.
 
Job Requirements
- O’ Level / A’ Level
 - Interest in Architectural Design
 - Good analytical and decision-making skills
 - Should be an effectual communicator verbally and through writing skills
 - Ability to work under pressure
 - Competent with General Office Software
 
Salary: Salary ranging from MVR 9,000 to 10,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Working Hours: The selected candidate will be required to work from 08:00 to 16:00 hrs from Sunday – Thursday.
