2. Dates and timings for the bid process:
   • Information session: Interested parties are invited to attend the session scheduled for 16^th September 2024, at 11:00 AM at SDFC. Relevant documents will be provided to participants during the session.
   • Queries: Interested parties can send written queries via email to [email protected] before 18^th September 2024, 14:00hrs.
   • Bid Submission Date: The bid collection meeting will be held on 22^nd September 2024, 11:00hrs at SDFC (M. Kaneeru Villa 2nd Floor, Orchid Magu). Bidders who attended the information can submit the proposals.
