Invitation for submission of Proposals to conduct External (Financial Audit) Audit OF MALDIVES PENSION ADMINISTRATION OFFICE and MALDIVES RETIREMENT PENSION SCHEME

Introduction

Maldives Pension Administration Office (MPAO) calls for submission of proposals to conduct annual External Audit (Financial Audit) of the MPAO and the Maldives Retirement Pension Scheme (MRPS) for the three year period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2017.

The audit is to be conducted on the Financial Statements of MPAO and MRPS separately on annual basis. The audit is to be completed and audit report issued no later than 15^th April following the end of accounting period.

Eligible Parties

The following parties are eligible for submission of proposals:

• Licensed audit firms registered in the Republic of Maldives with ‘Category A’ license from Auditor General’s Office.

Information Session

An information session related to this tender will be held at 03:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2015 at MPAO. Attendance to this information session is optional, and parties who do not attend the information session are eligible for submission of proposals. Additional information sheet containing detailed information about the audit will be made available on the MPAO website, www.pension.gov.mv

Submission of Proposals

Proposal must be sealed and submitted in person at the proposal submission meeting held at MPAO at 01:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 25, 2015.
