Outreach Officer Communications with Public Awareness and Advocacy Programs (National) 

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy has received funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) towards implementing the project “ Integrated Sustainable and Low Emission Transport in the Maldives“ and is seeking the an Outreach Officer Communications with Public Awareness and Advocacy Programs (National).

The Ministry of Climate Change , Environment and Energy invited interested eligible individuals to submit their application.

The details of Eligibility Criteria, Scope of work and the duration of Assignment can be found in the attached TOR of this announcement.

Proposal Validity and Opening

Proposals shall be valid for a period of  90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy at the address given below, On or Before 20^th August 2024-10:00hrs local time. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 10:05 AM on 20th August 2024 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.

Proposals must be sealed and addressed as below

“Do not open before 20^th August 2024 at 10:05AM – “ISLET – (IUL)438-ENV/438/2024/297” Outreach Officer Communications with Public Awareness and Advocacy Programs (National) for the Integrated, Sustainable and Low Emission Transport in the Maldives Project’” and the submitting party’s name and address.
