The Service to be Tendered:

Air transportation service of the return journey of Hajj members for the year 1436 (2015) to and from Ibrahim Nasir International Airport, Hulhulé, Republic of Maldives and King Abdulaziz International Airport, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Scope of Work:

Air Transportation Service of Hajj members for the year 1436 (2015) of Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd.

Flight:

The air transportation of Hajj members of 1436 Hajj shall be made in separate flights. Each flight shall be in accordance to a schedule set by the Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd. of the Republic of Maldives. The airline should also cater for the Umrah members throughout the year in accordance with the requirements of MHCL.

Information Session:

In the Conference room of Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd, an information session will be held at Tuesday, June 2^nd, 2015 at 1400hrs. Only the tenderers present to the information session will be eligible to proceed with the bidding process.

Tender Opening:

Tuesday, June 9^th, 2015 at 1400hrs in the conference room of Maldives Hajj Corporation Ltd, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
