Leasing, Developing, Operating, and Managing a Multi-Commercial Building in Rahvehige Plot, Kulhudhuffushi City

The Secretariat of the South Thiladhunmathi Atoll Council, is inviting eligible investors, both local and foreign, to register their interest in leasing, developing, operating, and managing a Multi-Commercial Building in the Rahvehige Plot in Kulhudhuffushi City.

For detailed project terms, please refer to Annex 1 attached to this announcement.

Composition of the EOI:

1. Letter of Interest:
• Details of the individual, company, or consortium, including a profile with the name, title, address, and telephone number.
2. Commitment:
• The requesting individual or company must agree to cover the costs associated with the acquisition and development of the plot.
3. Project Timeline:
• The development of the commercial building must be completed by end of 2026

Date of Closure for Receipt of Expression of Interest:

• The date of closure for submission of EOI is 18^th July 2024, at 1330 hours.

Submission of Expressions of Interest:

All submissions of EOI should be marked "EOI FOR THE LEASING, DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF A MULTI-COMMERCIAL BUILDING" and can be submitted through e-mail or in an envelope addressed as follows:

Evaluation Process:

1. Upon receipt of the EOI, a preliminary evaluation based on the background and capacity of the parties will be conducted by the council. If the council decides to proceed with the project, the opportunity to submit detailed proposals will be extended to the shortlisted proponents.
