ބ.މާޅޮހު ޓުވަރިޒަމް ޒޯނުގައި އިންވެސްޓްކުރުން

ބ.މާޅޮހު ކައުންސިލާއެކު ޖޮއިންޓް ވެންޗަރއެއް ހަދައިގެން ލޯކަލް ޓުވަރިޒަމްގައި އިންވެސްޓް ކުރުމަށް ޝައުޤުވެރިވެލައްވާ ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އަދި ރާއްޖޭން ބޭރުގެ ފަރާތްތަކަށް "ލެޓަރ އޮފް އިންޓަރެސްޓް" ހުށަހެޅުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު ހުޅުވާލަމެވެ.

މިކަމަށް ޝައުޤުވެރިވެލައްވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް މިކައުންސިލުން ހުށަހަޅަނީ، މާޅޮހުގެ ޓުވަރިޒަމް ޒޯނުގައި ގެސްޓްހައުސް/ސިޓީހޮޓާ ތަރައްޤީކުރުމަށް ކައުންސިލާއެކު ހެދޭ ޖޮއިންޓް ވެންޗަރ އަކުން ވިޔަފާރީގެ ހަރަކާތްތައް ހިންގުމާއި، ކައުންސިލާއި ބައިވެރިވެގެން ހިންގޭ އިޖްތިމާޢި ތަރައްޤީ އަދި ކައުންސިލަށް އާމްދަނީ ލިބޭ ވަސީލަތްތަކެއް ޤާއިމްކުރުމަށެވެ.

"ލެޓަރ އޮފް އިންޓަރެސްޓް" ހުށަހަޅާ ހުރިހާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް " ތަފްސީލް ޕްރޮޕޯސަލް" ހުށަހެޅުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު ދެވޭނެއެވެ.

އެންމެ ރަނގަޅު ޕްރޮޕޯސަލެއް ކަނޑައަޅާނީ، އިވެލުއޭޓް ކުރުމުގެ މިންގަޑުން އެންމެ މަތިން ޕޮއިންޓް ލިބޭ ފަރާތެއް ބަލައިގެންނެވެ.

 "ލެޓަރ އޮފް އިންޓަރެސްޓް" ލިޔުން އީމެއިލް މެދުވެރިކޮށް ނުވަތަ ޕްރިންޓް ޑޮކިއުމަންޓް ގެ ގޮތުގައިވެސް މި ކައުންސިލަށް ހުށަހެޅިދާނެއެވެ.

 މި ކަމަށް ޝަޢުޤުވެރިވެލައްވާ ފަރާތްތަކަށް "ލެޓަރ އޮފް އިންޓަރެސްޓް" ހުށަހެޅުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު، 2024 މެއި 22 ވާ ބުދަ ދުވަހުގެ 14:00 އާއި ހަމައަށް ވަނީ ހުޅުވާލެވިފައެވެ.

މިކަމަށް ޝަޢުޤުވެރިވެލައްވާ ފަރާތްތަކުން 9555951 އާއި ގުޅުއްވާ މަޢުލޫމާތު ސާފުކުރެއްވުމަށް ދަންނަވަމެވެ.

Invitation to submit ‘Letter of Interest’

Invest in B.Maalhos Tourism Zone

We are open to submission of 'Letter of Interest' from local and foreign investors interested in investing in local tourism through a joint venture with the B.Maalhos Council.

For those interested, the Council proposes to develop guesthouses/city hotels in the tourism zone through a joint venture with the Council to carry out commercial operations, social development activities and to create revenue sources for the council.

All ‘letters of interest’ applicants will be allowed to submit a detailed proposal.

The proposal with the highest score across all evaluation criteria is selected as the winning one.

The ‘Letter of interest’ can either be submitted by email or in the form of a print document.

Those interested may submit their ‘letter of interest’ before May 22, 2024, by 14:00.
