• MQA approved level 07 in related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar level position in a related field.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

• Develop and manage budgets, collaborate with departments to set financial targets, and provide forecasts for decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decisions.
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure compliance, and prevent fraud.

Job Summary

• Collaborate with senior management to develop financial plans aligned with growth objectives, including investment evaluation. In compliance with Mifco rules and regulations.
• Leading and managing a team of finance professionals, including accountants, financial analysts, and budget specialists. Providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to support their professional development and ensure the effectiveness of the finance function. Identifying and evaluating financial risks involves devising strategies to fortify the organization's financial stability against market, credit, and operational risks.
• Great team player with the ability to work effectively with a team.
• Excellent oral, written and listening skills (Dhivehi / English)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
