General Duties
- Manage and execute all administrative tasks required to support the General Manager / HOD of Admin Department efficiently and effectively, Interface with other department staff to carry out GM’s requests.
- Maintain data integrity of database through timely and accurate data entry.
- Manage the booking process for flights, accommodations, transportation, and any other necessary arrangements. Coordinate with travel agencies or online booking platforms to secure the best deals and options for staff.
- Expense Management: Oversee the submission and approval process for travel expenses. Ensure that expenses are in line with company policies and budgets, and handle any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Travel Itineraries: Create detailed travel itineraries for staff members, including flight details, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, meeting schedules, and any other relevant information.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with staff members regarding their travel plans, including itinerary details, updates, and any changes or disruptions that may occur.
- Manage the travel budget effectively, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost savings or optimization. Provide regular reports on travel expenses, trends, and patterns to inform decision-making and budget planning.

Key Responsibilities
|
- MQA Approved level 07 Degree Certificate from a relative field or MQA Approved level 09 Master’s Certificate from a related field. And Good communication skills in both verbal and written in
English and Dhivehi; AND minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position OR specific experience in serving the executive management.
- Fluent communication skills, excellent organizer, efficient time management, and people management skills.
- Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, and ethical and moral standards.
