Regarding Cargo Agent Portal

With reference to our previous circular no. Ref: D4-CIR/2023/49 regarding Agent Portal, in order to guarantee increased operational efficiency and streamline our payment processes, we will be stopping our cash counter services for regular customers effective from 1st June 2024.

Hence, our regular customers will only be able to make payments through the portal (online). Customers can also settle for a PD account as payment method in the agent portal. Please be reminded that payments can be made through the portal after the documentation has been completed and the cargo has been tallied.

Additionally, we would like to emphasize the service timings for our Agent Portal:

  • Perishable cargo will be ready within 3 hours after the flight landing.
  • General cargo will be ready within 6 hours after the flight landing.

Customers will also be able to access the portal through our self-service kiosk located at Cargo Customer Service area.

Should there be any delays beyond these specified timeframes, we encourage all our customers to contact our customer service team at 7420225 for prompt assistance and resolution.
