HDFC is a privatized company with International Shareholders represented by the International Finance Corporation (IFC of World Bank Group), Asian Development Bank, and HDFC Bank Ltd. of India, jointly holding 51% of shares.
HDFC has a vacancy for the right candidate who can provide support to the Recovery Team of the company in the capacity of Recovery Officer.

Job Description
Conduct phone calls to recover due amounts from borrowers toward loan payments.
Monitor and maintain log of communications with defaulters for future follow-up and reference.
Prepare and send reminders to borrowers toward loan payments.
Prepare documents required for legal action and filing.
Prepare reports for management and other relevant authorities.
Conduct meetings with customers as needed.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in Accounts, Business Administration, Finance or Management.
Work experience in the areas of Finance, accounting, or credit analysis would be an added advantage.
Good analytical and decision-making skills.
Should be an effectual communicator verbally and in writing both Dhivehi and English.
Ability to work under pressure.
Competent with General Office Software.
Salary: Salary ranging from MVR 11,000 to 13,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Term of Contract: 12 months (The contract may be extended based on performance)
