INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
LEASE OF UNIT FROM COMMERCIAL BLOCK “B” FOR THE PROVISION OF A CAFÉ/ RESTAURANT ALONG WITH HDC STAFF CANTEEN
1. Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for Lease of unit from Commercial Block B for the provision of a Café along with the operation of HDC Staff Canteen
The unit identified for the project is:
- PC02-G-01 & PC02-G-02 measuring an area of 1,006.53 sqft
2. Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 07th May 2024, and must be accompanied by a Bid Security and Bank Guarantee, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
