- Diploma in software engineering or Diploma in IT, computer Science or any related field.
- Or Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar level position in a related field.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required
|
- Identify and resolve end user issues
- Installation, Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems.
- Design and document workflows for systems.
- Provide ICT helpdesk and technical support.
|
Job Summary
|
- Great team player with the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Excellent oral, written and listening skills (Dhivehi/Engilish)
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Solid understanding of systems (Desktops, Laptops, Hardware)
- Solid understanding of CCTV, Door Access, WIFI, Cabling
- Networking experience (cable crimping and testing)
- Ability to quickly grasp and provide support for new systems
