The Business Center Corporation, via Funding from the SME Fund, aims to develop an 11 Storey  Building, BCC Creator’s Hub in Male, Republic of Maldives. 

The Corporation has appointed a Contractor to implement this project under the “Design and Build” method. The Corporation is now seeking a well-qualified and experienced Consultant to provide Project Management Consultancy services for this project.

The Corporation therefore invites proposals from interested parties to provide the Project Management Consultancy services. The detailed Terms of Reference and relevant documents for the consultancy have been attached with this announcement.

All submissions must be delivered to the address of the Corporation specified below on or before 1400 Hrs. on 28^th February 2024. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who attend the bid opening session.  

A Bid Security of MVR 5,000.00 (Five Thousand Rufiyaa) must be included with all the bids.
