INVITATION FOR BIDS (THE “IFB”) FOR THE LEASE LAGOON FOR DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT, OPERATION, AND MANAGEMENT OF THE INTEGRATED TOURISM ZONE IN THE F. MAGOODHOO LAGOON

ANNOUNCEMENT

The Secretariat of Magoodhoo Island Council (“hereinafter referred to as the “Council”) invites eligible investors, (locals and foreign) to register their interest within 10 (ten) days, by submitting a letter to submit their interest to the Design, Development, Operation, and Management of 10 (ten) Hectares of Lagoon in F. Magoodhoo Tourism Zone (hereinafter referred to as the “Lagoon”) as an integrated tourism zone.

1.         Interested parties should register before 15th February 2024, at 1330 hours, via Letter. The registration letter request shall be submitted via email to [email protected]. Only registered parties shall be allowed to Purchase Bid Documents and Information sessions.

2.         Information session will be held both physically and virtually on 25th February 2023, 1300, hours. The meeting link will be shared with the parties who purchased Bid Documents.

3.         Bid Documents will be available to purchase from 25th February 2024, 1300, hours to 29th February 2024, 1300, hours from the Secretariat Magoodhoo Island Council.

4.         Bidders or their representatives must be present with sealed Bids 10 minutes before the start of the Bid opening session on 28th March 2024, 1300, hours at the Secretariat of the F. Magoodhoo Island Council or any other venue that the Council may announce. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend the Bid Opening session.
