The Business Center Corporation, via Funding from the SME Fund, aims to develop an 11 Storey  Building, BCC Creator’s Hub in Male, Republic of Maldives.

The Business Center Corporation therefore invites sealed bids for the Design and Construction of the BCC Creator’s Hub. A complete set of bidding documents (Information to Bidders, Technical Specification, Plot Details, Employers Requirements) has been published on the Gazette along with this announcement.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 7^th January 2024 at 1400 Hrs. at the address of the Corporation specified below. Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory for bid submission.

All submissions must be delivered to the address of the Corporation specified below on or before 1400 Hrs. on 14^th January 2024. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who attend the bid opening session.  

A Bid Security of MVR 125,000.00 must be included with all the bids.
