MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field (OR)
• Diploma in Early Childhood Education with minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in the Childcare Space, as well as planning and implementing activities within the facility.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Supervise and monitor children's activities to ensure their safety at all times.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment where children can learn and interact harmoniously.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement creative lesson plans.
• Maintain open communication with parents/guardians regarding children's progress and daily activities.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the childcare facility.
• Attend to fundamental requirements of children and ensure essential tasks such as feeding, facilitating restroom breaks, and managing nap times adhere to established standards.
• Safeguard the childcare facility's security and maintenance through regular inspections and promptly reporting any issues to the relevant personnel.
• Guarantee the availability of essential materials necessary for children's care, including first aid supplies and educational resources.
• Swiftly adhere to company policies, regulations, and licensing standards, and take prompt action to implement effective solutions during emergency situations.
• Maintain and document accurate records of children's progress and incidents.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle various situations with a calm demeanor.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, including administering First Aid and CPR.
• Keen observation skills to monitor children's behavior, health, and developmental progress.
• Collaborative mindset to work effectively with colleagues and parents.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR 19,000.00 to 20,000.00 based on educational qualification and experience.
