INVITATION FOR TENDER
HIRING A PARTY FOR SERVICING AND MAINTENANCE OF FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS AT STO PREMISES FOR 01 YEAR
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for, hiring a party for servicing and maintenance of fire alarm systems at STO premises for 01 year.
1. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
1.1 Parties who have the MNDF certificate to carry out servicing and maintenance of fire alarms systems.
1.2 Parties who have experience in carrying out servicing and maintenance of the GST brand fire alarm systems.
2. Experience of the proponent will be validated by:
2.1 MNDF certificate must be provided.
2.2 Documentation that states that the party has experience in GST brand fire alarms.
- To assist in the assessment and eligibility of the bidder, STO may, at STO’s discretion, ask any proponent to submit any documents (including and not limited to some mandatory documents) for clarification and verification.
3. Required documents for registration.
- MNDF certificate
- Reference letter/completion certificate
- Company certificates
- Company shareholder ID cards
4. Tendering Process.

Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificate and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.
Deadline for Registration is 6th December 2023, 1100hrs.
ONLY Eligible Tenderers can register and participate in the tender.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on, 7th December 2023, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender.
