Accelerating Sustainable Private Investments in Renewable Energy (ASPIRE) Project

Ministry of Climate Change, Environment and Energy is planning to conduct Certified Renewable Energy Professional (REP) training with support from the Association of Energy Engineer’s (AEE), under the project Accelerating Sustainable Private Investments in Renewable Energy (ASPIRE).

AEE’s REP certification will qualify individuals involved in alternative energy sources, renewable energy technologies and sustainable energy practices and raise the professional standards both technical and ethical of those engaged in this area of energy management.

The training is targeted to professionals who are working in the sector.

The duration of the training will be 4 days and an additional half day exam.

All training and certification fees will be covered by the Ministry.

Ministry will inform the selected applicants to submit their CV’s. Ministry and AEE will review the CV’s to identify if the applicant meets the minimum criteria set by AEE to participate in the training.
