INVITATION FOR TENDER
HIRING A CONTRACTOR FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STO HEADOFFICE FENCE AND GUARD POST
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for, hiring a contractor for construction of head office fence and guard post.
1. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
1.1 Parties who have completed at least 1 general construction project of value MVR 200,000 and above in the last 05 years.
- General construction works including but not limited to: Demolition works, masonry, plastering works , Doors and Windows, Services and Finishing works
2. Experience of the proponent will be validated by:
2.1 Reference letter/completion certificates or any documentation in the name of the Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity) for general construction work successfully completed within last years.
- To assist in the assessment and eligibility of the bidder, STO may, at STO’s discretion, ask any proponent to submit any documents (including and not limited to some mandatory documents) for clarification and verification.
3. Required documents for registration
- Reference letter/completion certificate
- Project data sheet in the format provided in annex 01
- Company certificates
- Company shareholder ID cards
4. Tendering Process.

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the company certificate and documents required to verify the eligibility criteria.
Deadline for Registration is 18th November 2023, 1100hrs.
ONLY Eligible Tenderers can register and participate in the tender.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on, 21st November 2023, only to the parties who have successfully registered and are eligible under the tender.
