Advance Information for Consolidated Shipments

Reference is made to the regulation number 2018/R-92 and circular number 14-CGO/CIR/2021/1 dated 06^th January 2021 of Maldives Customs Services.

In order to strengthen and facilitate smooth handling of “consolidated shipments” arriving through Velana International Airport, the following changes will be applicable from 01^st January 2024;

1. All consolidated shipments must be declared at origin airport.
2. Freight forwarders must inform their overseas agents to ensure the airlines at origin airports sends all advance information for consolidated shipments (FHL Messages) to MLE (to Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL)) before shipment departure.
3. Shipments arriving to MLE without proper declaration or without advanced information for consolidated shipments will be processed as a direct master shipment.
4. If the shipment arrives without advance information and requires deconsolidation prior to clearance, the documentation (issuing of HAWB Pick Orders) will be subject to payment of applicable charges as per prevailing rate by MACL

މޯލްޑިވްސް ކަސްޓަމްސް ސަރވިސްގެ ގަވާއިދު ނަންބަރު 2018/R-92  (26 އޮގަސްޓް 2018) އާއި އެ އިދާރާގެ ސަރކިއުލާ ނަންބަރު: 14-CGO/CIR/2021/01 (06 ޖަނަވަރީ 2021) އަށް ޙަވާލާދީ ދަންނަވަމެވެ.

  ވެލާނާ އިންޓަރނޭޝަނަލް އެއަރޕޯޓް މެދުވެރިކޮށް ވައިގެ މަގުން ރާއްޖެއަށް އެތެރެކުރާ "ކޮންސޮލިޑޭޓެޑް ޝިޕްމަންޓް" ތަކަށް މިކުންފުނިންދޭ ޚިދުމަތްތައް ހަރުދަނާކޮށް ފަސޭހަކޮށްދިނުމުގެ މަގުސަދުގައި، 01 ޖަނަވަރީ 2024 އިން ފެށިގެން ތިރީގައި މިދަންނަވާ ގޮތުގެ މަތިން ޢަމަލުކުރެވޭނެ ވާހަކަ ދަންނަވަމެވެ.

1. މުދާ ފޮނުވާ އެއަރޕޯޓުން ނުވަތަ އޮރިޖިންގ އެއަރޕޯޓުން، ކޮންސޮލިޑޭޓެޑް މުދާ ފޮނުވަންވާނީ ޑިކުލެއަރ ކުރުމަށް ފަހުއެވެ.
2. މުދާ ފޮނުވާ އެއަރޕޯޓުން ނުވަތަ އޮރިޖިން އެއަރޕޯޓުން މުދާ ފުރުވާލުމުގެ ކުރިން، އެމް.އޭ.ސީ.އެލްގެ ކާގޯ ސިސްޓަމްއަށް ކުރިއާލާ ފޮނުވަންޖެހޭ މައުލޫމާތު (އެފް.އެޗް.އެލްމެސެޖް) ފޮނުވުމަށް މުދާގެންނަ އެއަރލައިންއަށް އެންގުމައް އަދި އެމެސެޖް ފޮނުވިކަން ފްރައިޓް ފޯވަޑިންގ ޚިދުމަތް ދޭ ފަރާތްތަކުން އެފަރާތުގެ އެޖެންޓުންނާއި ގުޅިގެން ޔަގީންކުރަންވާނެއެވެ.
3. މަތީގައި ބަޔާންކޮށްފައިވައި ގޮތާއި ހިލާފަށް ކޮންސޮލިޑޭޓެޑް މުދަލުގެ ގޮތުގައި ޑިކްލަޔަރ ނުކޮށް އެތެރެކުރާ މުދާ ޕްރޮސެސް ކުރެވޭނީ ޑައިރެކްޓް މާސްޓަރ ޝިޕްމަންޓްގެ ގޮތުގައެވެ.
4. ކޮންސޮލިޑޭޓެޑް މުދަލުގެ ގޮތުގައި ޑިކްލެއަރ ނުކޮށް ނުވަތަ އެފް.އެޗް.އެލް މެސެޖް ނުފޮނުވާ އެތެރެކުރާ މުދާ ޑީކޮންސޮލިޑޭޓް ކޮށް ނުވަތަ ވަކި ހައުސް އެއަރވޭބިލްގެ ގޮތުގައި ކުލިޔާކުރަން އެދޭފަރާތްތަކަށް ،ހައުސް އެއަރވޭބިލް ޕިކް އޯޑަރ ހަދާދެވޭނީ، އެޚިދުމަތަށް ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ އަގު މިކުންފުންޏަށް ދެއްކުމުންނެވެ.
