Request for Expression of Interest (EOI)
Fuel Management Software for MACL
The Maldives Airports Company Limited (MACL) operating the Velana International Airport (VIA) seeks to identify parties who are capable and interested in providing a fuel management software for MACL as per the MACL requirement. MACL buys Jet-A1, Diesel and Petrol from its suppliers & provides fuelling services to aircrafts, vehicles and other facilities at VIA. And as such, the software shall be able to manage the fuel inventory, fuel billing and also integrate it with the MACL ERP Oracle for a full automation of the services. Therefore, MACL invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested parties who are eligible & capable to provide the software and maintain it on a consistent basis in a long term contract.
Interested eligible & competent parties shall Register in the EOI process by registering in the MACL “Tender Portal” (https://tender.macl.aero) and ‘submitting interest’ to the respective EOI via the Tender Portal latest by 1300hrs of 19th September 2023, Tuesday.EOI Document will become available in the Tender Portal to the Registered Parties upon Registration period end. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid but is only for information purpose. This EOI does not imply a commitment by MACL to proceed with, continue or complete this, or any other similar process. Nothing in this EOI creates an exclusive arrangement between MACL and any EOI party.
