INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
LEASE OF LAND FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SERVICED APARTMENTS IN URBAN ISLE
1. Urbanco is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for Development of Serviced Apartments in Urban Isle
2. The plots identified for the project are:
- SA-4 measuring an area of 6,501.00
- SA-5 measuring an area of 7,653.00
- SA-6 measuring an area of 7,406.00
- SA-7 measuring an area of 7,911.00
- SA-8 measuring an area of 8,547.00
- SA-9 measuring an area of 7,976.00
- SA-10 measuring an area of 7,104.00
- SA-11 measuring an area of 7,298.00
- SA-12 measuring an area of 7,578.00
- SA-13 measuring an area of 7,190.00
3. Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 11th September 2023 (Monday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security and Bank Guarantee, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
