INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
DEVELOPMENT AND SALE OF LUXURY RESIDENTIAL BUILDING IN HULHUMALÉ
1. Urbanco is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for Development and Sale of Luxury Residential Building in Hulhumalé
2. The unit identified for the project are:

- Lot 10322 measuring an area of 25,660 sqft
- Lot 11808 measuring an area of 24,961 sqft
- Lot 11809 measuring an area of 24,652 sqft
- Lot 11828 measuring an area of 20,727 sqft
- Lot 11829 measuring an area of 23,229 sqft
3. Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 17th August 2023 (Thursday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security and Bank Guarantee, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
