Service Allowance: 60% of Basic Salary

Certificate Allowance: Diploma 20%, Degree 40% of Basic Salary

Food Allowance: MVR 60.00 per day

Overtime as per company policy                               

Salary

• Accredited Diploma in Business or any related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
• Physically fit and have good communication skill

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Supporting and assisting the site manager in overseeing the construction, safety and activities at a thinadhoo site .
• Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the site and assisting in the management of the site team.
• Collaborating with the site manager to coordinate and supervise the site construction.
• Assist in assigning tasks to team members, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that projects are completed according to plans and schedules..
• Support the implementation and enforcement of safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Any other work assigned by the site Manager.
