The Maldives Pension Administration Office (Pension Office) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from competent and experienced firms to provide consultancy services for reviewing the existing drawings and preparing the revised detailed design for the Pension Office building in Hulhumale, along with the Environmental Impact Assessment report. 

The Building is planned to be developed in Hulhumale’ Plot Number N2-32 with a plot area of 10,118.07 sqft (Ten Thousand One Hundred Eighteen point Zero Seven Square Feet). 

The project involves the construction of a 12 (Twelve) storey office building on 7,661.10 sqft (Seven Thousand Six Hundred Sixty One point Ten Square Feet) of the land.

The concept of the office building was developed as a “green building” according to the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification with a rating of “Very Good” under the BREEAM International New Construction Scheme. It is a requirement of the Pension Office that the BREEAM rating of “Very Good” is achieved by the revised detailed design.

This EOI aims to identify design consultancy firms with multi-disciplinary expertise in providing total building design solutions. We are specifically interested in firms capable of  demonstrating innovative ideas and a strong track record in creating sustainable, aesthetically pleasing and efficient designs.
