State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for construction of an office and warehouse building at K. Funadhoo Oil Terminal.
1. Project Overview
- Construct two story office and warehouse building
- Concrete works
- Masonry
- Finishing work
- Cladding
- MEP works
- Door and window
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
2.1 Parties who have completed at least 1 similar nature construction project of value MVR 10,000,000 and above in the past 10 years.
2.2 Completed works should include majority of the scope of works stated in the project overview.
3. Experience of the proponent will be validated by:
3.1 Reference letter/completion certificates or any documentation in the name of the Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity)
3.2 The tenderer shall submit the Project Data Sheet annexed in this tender notice with all the required details.
3.3 To assist in the assessment and eligibility of the bidder, STO may, at STO’s discretion, ask any proponent to submit any documents (including and not limited to some mandatory documents) for clarification and verification.
4. Tendering Process.

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the documents required to verify the eligibility criteria. Deadline for Registration is 10th June 2023, 1100hrs.
ONLY Eligible Tenderers can register and participate in the tender.
A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on, 13th June 2023, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender.

Questions and Replies: |
Questions shall be type-written in English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 17th June 2023, 1100hrs, to the address specified below. Replies to questions will be given on theof 18th June 2023, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 22nd June 2023 at 1100:00hrs.] Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected. |
