REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

CONSULTING SERVICES – INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS (NATIONAL)

The Government of Maldives has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives; Atolls Education Development Project (AEDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The announcement no. (IUL) 22-E/22/2023/144 published on 30^th April 2023 was cancelled due to inadequate application and new invitation is open for interested candidates.

The consulting services (“the Services”) includes all the tasks related to develop fehi madharusa Website. The assignment is to be for 03 (Three) months duration.

The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained the address mentioned at the end of the document.

The Ministry of Education now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The selection criteria are:

• Letter of expression of interest.
• Clear approach method to implement the consultancy.
• Curriculum vitae with supporting document
• The minimum qualification requirements are undergraduate degree in the field of expertise.
•  The consultant should have undertaken and satisfactorily executed at least 1-2 related or similar projects within the last 5 years in designing visually appealing and navigation friendly web sites (Should submit reference letters of the projects completed successfully).

A Consultant will be selected based on the EOI submitted and interview process.

The attention of interested Consultants, a consultant will be selected under the world bank Procurement Regulation for IPF Borrowers November 2020, procurement in investment project financing goods, works, non-consulting and consulting services.
