Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating and overlooking installation of equipment and providing application and user training to uses.
• Site preparation and coordinating with customers for installation.
• Monitoring installation base of outpatient equipment.
•  Attending to application related faults of STO product lines.
• Coordinating with planning team to manage and maintain accessories and consumables required for service from equipment.
• Promoting STO product lines to customers.
• Arranging and coordinating trainings, CMEs and webinars for customers.
• Providing the necessary technical expertise required for projects and tenders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care related field.
• Flexibility in timing and ability to travel frequently.

Preferred Requirements

• Higher studies in biomedical equipment related field will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with medical equipment for 2 years.
• Educational background in science stream.
• Proficient in English language.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
• Good computer skills
