With this invitation, the initial invitation reference no. (IUL)KACL-KDO/2023/17 is hereby cancelled as evaluation criteria was not included.

1. Kadhdhoo Airport Company Limited (KACL) invites sealed tenders from eligible bidders to “Provide Health Insurance for the Staff of Kadhdhoo Airport Company Ltd” (hereinafter called the “Works” or “Project”) as per the requirement given by the Employer.
2. Tenderers shall declare all Conflict(s) of Interests to any KACL employee/KACL Board of Directors/any vendor, financial, non-financial or otherwise.
3. All parties who are registered in Maldives are eligible to submit the proposal for this tender.
4. A representative for each bidder shall attend the bid opening session. Failure to attend the bid opening session will render in disqualification of the bid
5. Tenders will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned below in Clause 7, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who attends the opening stage. This session will take place at the time and date tabulated in Clause 7 of this section or such other time and date as may be notified to the tenderers.
6. All Bids shall be evaluated on the following basis. Points (pts) shall be given according to the formula below.
   • Price =             80 pts [(Minimum Quoted Price) / (Quoted Price) x 90].
   • Experience =    20 pts (Shall submit reference letters of previous supplies for similar work).
