INTRODUCTION

Male’ Water & Sewerage Company Pvt Ltd is an ISO and OHSAS Certified multi-disciplinary Engineering and Manufacturing organization mainly involves in providing Utility and Manufacturing related products and services to the Maldives.

The objective of this assignment is to invite experienced and reputed bidders, including solution providers and system integrators who have proven expertise to provide Proposals for Supply, Installation, & Configuration of HPE StoreOnce Backup Appliance & Cisco Nexus Switch Including On-the-Job Training.

Scope of Works

The scope of the work shall include the following as per detailed scope of work based on RFP.

• Professional Service: Installation and Configuration of HPE StoreOnce Backup Appliance and Cisco Nexus Switch Including On-the-Job Training.

• Installation and Configuration of HPE StoreOnce Backup Appliance.
• Installation and Configuration of Cisco Nexus 9300 Core Switch.

• Warranty and Technical Support.

• Delivery of Hardware and Installation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Any single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity registered in the Republic of Maldives, only with 100% Maldivian shareholding parties are eligible to submit the proposal for this tender.

• Bid Form should serve as a front page of the bidder’s proposal. If the bidder fails to submit the completed Bid Form, the bid will be rejected. The bidder shall duly sign the Bid Form. Failure to do so will render the offer non-responsive and disqualified.

• Bidder or proposer must be an Authorized Partner or Distributor of HPE and Cisco products and Services. The bidder that does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter (MAL) to demonstrate that it has been duly authorized by the manufacturer or producer of the Goods/Services to provide these Goods/Services in the Maldives. MAL must be referred to the project reference number.

• Bidder will maintain necessary resources for Implementation, Configuration and on-site technical support during the contract or support period. Installation, Configuration and Support must be provided by bidders Certified Team / Engineer(s).

• The vendor should provide reference letters/documents (value each above 500,000.00 MVR per project) of successful implementation and technical support of similar systems of any of the type of projects mentioned in Clause 3.6 - Mandatory Documents. The mentioned project references must include names and contact information of the respective clients, if required MWSC can contact and verify the project summaries. Minimum five (5) references for any of the type of projects mentioned for proof of supply and installation to other organizations within the past five (5) years is required. Failure to do so will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.

• The above must be fully supported by including all the following mandatory documents in the bidders’ proposal. Failure to include any, will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• Copy of National Identification Card / Passport of Certified Engineers
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
• Bid Form (completed, signed, and stamped)
• RFP Compliance Form (completed, signed, and stamped)
• Bill of Material and Requirements (as per the RFP)
• Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter / Certificate
• Payment Terms
• Experience References of any five (5) HPE/Cisco Datacenter Infrastructure projects required.

• Datacenter Backup Appliance & Datacenter Backup Software,
• Datacenter Networking and Security,
• Data Centre Computing (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure or Composable Infrastructure and Data Centre Tire-1 Storage projects.
• Installation Team / Engineer(s) Vendor Certified following Certificates required.
• Project Management Certified Engineer
• Implementing HPE Composable Infrastructure Solutions Certified Engineer
• HPE BladeSystem Solution Support V8 Certified Engineer
• HP 3PAR StoreServ 8000 Series Installation, Start-up, and Support
• HP 3PAR StoreServ Service and Solution Qualification Certified Engineer
• HPE Storage Solutions V2 / V3 Certified Engineer
• HPE StoreOnce Specialist
• Veeam Certified Engineer
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Security).
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA Routing and Switching)
