1. The Ministry of Higher Education has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives: Enhancing Employability and Resilience of Youth (MEERY) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract  for the Procurement of LED Screen Set Up for Maldives Polytechnic. 

2. The Ministry of Higher Education now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for equipment (total 1 item) for Maldives Polytechnic.

3. Bidding will be conducted through national competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Procurement in Investment Project Financing- Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and Consulting Services, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ms. Afaaf Mohamed, S. Procurement Specialist, Email: [email protected] and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0800 – 1300 until 03^rd May 2023 (Wednesday) 0900 Hoursat the address given below.

5. Information session will be held onsite at Maldives Polytechnic Male’ Campus on 20^th April 2023 (Thursday) at 1000 Hours. Bids will not be accepted by those parties who do not attend this information session/site visit.

6. The bidding document in English can be downloaded by interested Bidders from the gazette page as well as upon the submission of a written application to the address below.

7. Bids must be delivered to the address below on 03^rd May 2023 (Wednesday) 11:00 Hours. Late Bids will be rejected.
