                                   SALE OF LAND FROM HULHUMALÉ FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF OFFICE BUILDINGS

Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is pleased to announce the Sale of Lands for the Development of Office Buildings in Hulhumalé. The Sale will be carried out virtually via HDC’s online portal.

Criteria:

• Should be a 100% locally registered Business
• Base rate: MVR 4,500 per square feet

The interested parties must complete the ‘Investor Register’ under the Registration tab at https://bids.hdc.com.mv and complete the ‘Project Registration’ on Office Development Projects to submit the EOI.
