Business Development
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Masters in relevant field with minimum 1 years’ experience in relevant field. (OR)
• Degree in relevant field with minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant field.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to manage and implement day to day to operations of Commercial & Hospitality Unit of Production Development Section.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Assist the Head of Section in developing mechanism to deliver Commercial projects & Hospitality projects.
• Lead the product formulation process of the Commercial and Hospitality Unit.
• Provide recommendations to everyday challenges to meet deadlines and strategic objectives.
• Develop and prepare Proposals, Business Plans for new business opportunities and close new business deals.
• Study product situation and customer views on Company products/services.
• Conduct market research, feasibility, business models, pricing and business concepts for new business developments/business ventures.
• Forecast, identify and stay up-to-date on new trends in city developments and similar developments.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing relevant metrics.
• Continuously analyze the position of the Company and recommend ways to take advantage of the strength of the Company.
• Formulate policies and procedures related to business development as directed by the HOD/HOS and review, evaluate and update work methods and procedures as instructed.
• Attend to meetings with interested prospective investors for Commercial projects and follow up to such meetings.
• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered in the most efficient, effective and coordinated manner.
• Ensure all the documents relevant to the section are maintained and recorded properly.
• Foster and build a positive relationship with various stakeholders both internally and externally.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Proficient with basic budget management and calculations.
• Should be able to manage databases effectively with good presentation and reporting skills.
• Should be able to work in the field.
• Good organizational, planning and management skills.
• Ability to work long hours along with team members and able to work independently.
• Able to identify and delegate tasks to the right personnel of the section.
• Strong interpersonal skills: should be a good listener and able to give most effective solution required at the time.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
SALARY PACKAGE
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
