MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Telecommunication/ICT or relevant field with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field (OR)
• Advance Diploma in Telecommunication/ICT or relevant field with 4 years of experience.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for planning and designing telecom network infrastructures under the guidance of HoS/HoD.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Manage all related activities for expansion or modification of existing network facilities (GPON or FTTH, Datacenter, Cellular tower).
• Provide technical support during construction or operations activities at network locations
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients relating to the field
• Ensure the site quality meet the needed quality within the agreed SLA
• Prepare detailed network designs and installation drawings, estimates labor, and material costs
• Design both high-level and low-level network design for GPON or FTTH, Datacenter, telecom tower and back-up power system

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Knowledge and experience in structural analysis and cellular antenna system designs for rooftops and tower installations.
• Knowledge in OSP.
• Working knowledge of the telecom field.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in planning, engineering and new construction or expansion of telecommunications structures, buildings, systems.
• Manage subcontractor for site supervision.
• Preparing of As-Built Drawing.
• Good knowledge in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively
• Ability to work tight deadlines.

SALARY PACKAGE
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
